Very lazy and incompetent care taker who's absolutely worthless! The Parking contractors who the property maintenance employ are crooks! !. Handing out tks like they are sweeties, for No reason? I have a residence parking permit and I'm allowed to load/off load in the loading area, It makes no sense. always a Rat infestation, it's right on one of the busiest dual carriage ways. Virtually no visitor parking, only 2 small spaces out front. Security gate not working. Residents parcels available for theft. Scruffy, broken sofa with a disturbing puddle underneath it in lobby. Would rather live in a tent in Tilgate park than live there. Wouldn't be surprised if Towering Inferno could be recreated here. Wipe your feet on the way out. More...
