What do you love most about your job?
I get a real kick out of people building their performance. I am one of those annoying people who genuinely loves what I do, and (hopefully) the difference it makes to others.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have a history of building and leading teams in previous corporate career, and wanted to spend my time focussed completely on Building Powerful Teams.
