How important is a healthy diet to someone’s health and wellbeing?

What we eat provides our body with the building blocks for performing its daily functions. The quality of our food, the diversity and how yummy it is all have an influence on how healthy we currently are and will be in the long-term.
My approach to nutrition is that all food groups have been created for a reason (protein, carbs, fats) and are needed for a balanced and healthy approach. Variety of foods, of colours is key. I value consistency over perfection: we also need to be able to enjoy a party or a social event without thinking that we are breaking 'rules'. Together we put in place healthy food habits that fit around your life, your taste and your circumstances.

What do you love most about your job?

I specialise in fertility and so the news of a new baby coming is music to my ears. To know that you have helped a couple build the family of their dreams makes all the hours spent researching and working hard so worth it. Having gone through the wait for a baby too, I know that finding support, help and someone who sees you as a whole person (and not just a reproductive tract!) is precious too. I would feel incredibly privileged to support you too on this most important journey.

I love the most that I get to help clients to regain health again, to feel at peace in their body, to regain control on specific digestive or hormonal symptoms. To hear how this supports them in their daily lives is pure joy.

What inspired you to start your own business?

After struggling for a few years with fertility issues, I embarked on a journey to build the family I had always dreamed of. Diagnosed with polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS), I researched the best evidence-based approach to find new ways to balance hormones and to optimise fertility. I am now mum to Timothée.

Inspired by my personal journey, after the birth of our son, I decided to retrain as a nutritional therapist so I could help thousand of women like me, looking for natural solutions to become friends again with their hormones, their periods and their fertility.

Why should our clients choose you?

I am a BANT registered Nutritional Therapist, CNHC accredited.
I qualified from the world renowned Institute for Optimum Nutrition (London).
I love helping people on their journey to wellness, to reconcile them with their hormones, periods and fertility.
I have PCOS myself so I have experienced first hand those disheartening symptoms and would love nothing more than to help you deal with those yourself.
I am currently training under the mentorship of Sandra Greenbank, a well-known expert Nutritional therapist who has 10 year experience in fertility.

Can you provide your services online or remotely? If so, please add details.

Yes absolutely. I consult with clients all over the world, in English and in French.
We use zoom for the consultations and another platform and app so it is always easy to get in touch and to share documents and your personal plan.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?

In order to keep everybody safe during these special times, I have decided to only have consultations online. Not only you are safe, but it means the consultation is done from the comfort of your own home too.
