We know that every customer is different, and we cater with just that in mind, in our preparation stages, to help with our menu development and to ensure we give our customers the best value for money, every customer's dietary and allergen information is taken and handled with careful consideration.

The Casserole has taken the lead as our signature dish for many reasons, 1, it is simple to make, which means anyone can put one together. 2, Casseroles are packed with tones of flavour and not only goes well with almost every side dish, they are the perfect meal all year round especially in the colder times of the year.

we start by finding out our clients expectations, nutritional intakes, dietary and requirements any allergens that we will need to consider.

this information is fundamental in the building process of our menu.

we will make some suggestions to our customers and take note of any ideas they might want to implement in the menu.

before the launch day a final go over the menu with the chef/s and the customer/s and once finalised the menu will be delivered on its scheduled date.

When the pandemic hit i know it was time for me to get out of the kitchens of fine dining and take the restaurant experience directly to the clients wherever it was needed.
