I was being trained by Corey 2/3 times per week. I would highly recommend Corey as a PT. He has a strong capability to adapt exercises to suit some chronic back pain that occasionally flares up and also had a strong knowledge base in providing me with some rehab exercises to assist with this issue and sciatica that I developed in the early stages of pregnancy. I also check both mine and my clients temperatures before each session, making sure we sanitise our hands before and after each session, making sure no same equipment is used between clients in one session and ensure all equipment is cleaned and wiped down after each use.
