What inspired you to start your own business?
Making a life-changing difference to people's everyday lifestyles is amazing, and I want to make the biggest impact possible to change as many Australian lives. The majority of Australians do not exercise for the recommended 150 to 300 minutes (light-moderate) or 75 to 150 minutes (vigorous) exercise per week, I wanted to change this!
