I had reached out to Jack almost a year ago for strengthening and lower back stiffness problem. Jack really knows what he’s doing! Every session is fun and tailored to wherever I need at that time, always adjusting for injury if necessary . How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
My process starts with knowing my clients lifestyle, their wins, past training history, injuries, habits and lifestyleI prior to getting them to start training with me. Once done, I'm fully aware of how to formulate their fitness and nutrition plans to get them kickstarted. I then use my L-GAME Framework (Lifestyle, Goal Setting, Accountability, Motivation & Energy) to get my clients to achieve their fitness goals.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
The secret is knowing what to do and how to do it combined with doing it regularly (consistency) ! If unsure, get professional help from someone that has done it for other people like yourself.
What do you love most about your job?
The ability to make a positive impact to people's lives through health and fitness.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I've got significant experience working for corporates in different profiles but at the end of the day wasn't sure if I was happy or adding value to someone at all. This inspired me to change my career and start my own business helping people to achieve their fitness goals thus making a positive impact to hundreds of people's lives through fitness!
Why should our clients choose you?
I have trained people between 20 to 60 years of age lose weight, build muscle, improve posture and lead a healthy lifestyle. What differentiates me from others is that I'm not a drill sergeant but someone who enjoys training people, learning more about their likes and dislikes and helping them incorporate fitness into their lifestyle by making it fun and not a regular chore that they would avoid.

2020 was a challenge for a lot of people and myself. But as a way to overcome the difficulties of a small business, it inspired me to train clients online via zoom and online.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Remote coaching, masks, social distancing while training face to face, temperature checks, disposable gloves used while training, hand sanitisers and cleaning equipment regularly.
