My focus on helping my clients is simple, providing the ability to help each individual reach their full potential, creating reasonable goals, educating and encouraging them to become mentally stronger.
Each individual will have their programs designed specifically to them, their goals and needs.

What do you love most about your job?
I love meeting new people, building a rapport with my clients and becoming family. I became a personal trainer to help people achieve their health and fitness goals. I love the feeling of being able to help others in making them feel good about themselves.

I’m passionate about helping my clients achieve their results, move more freely and feel stronger than they ever have. Each individual will have a tailored training program to suit their needs and interests. No session will be the same. I pride myself on making sure everyone is performing exercises correctly and reaching their full potential.

I provide a mobile personal training service where i travel to your suburb and we use a park/oval to complete our sessions or we can meet in the middle. I also provide an online service. This service includes weekly check ins, weekly updated programs and 24/7 support.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I have ensured i've completed the covid-19 infection control training course. I also check both mine and my clients temperatures before each session, making sure we sanitise our hands before and after each session, making sure no same equipment is used between clients in one session and ensure all equipment is cleaned and wiped down after each use.
