I found jo on the internet. I was looking for support on how to navigate things with my teen daughter. Jo has been amazing full of compassion and understanding. She made me and my daughter very comfortable during our individual sessions. My daughter was against speaking to anyone but jo has been fantastic with her , guiding her through her emotions and on how to deal with certain situations. Highly reccomended

Joanne was great to work with! I’ve tried numerous other therapy that hasn’t worked so doing the in body processing with Jo really made me feel something and help me over come my fears and understand my childhood trauma a lot more it was very confronting but so beneficial then standard talk therapy, we really got to unpack unhealed wounds together and definitely gave me some rewarding strategies to help me control/feel my emotions in a healthy way. Jo is so friendly and welcoming and she’s patient and very understanding, beautiful human being would recommend her to anyone seeking a positive change!

Jo has been amazing to show me after a break up that it’s not all me and that I need to find out for myself through my subconscious mind that I am strong and that my cons are also not all that bad and have positives too. We can’t suppress our emotions and vulnerability is beautiful, I don’t want to be stone cold or heartless. Jo has showed me to be me and that I need more than just talking, I need a solution which she helps me feel like I am improving every session!!
