Mindful and Embodied
Mindful and Embodied is a private studio designed to assist people in achieving their goals and experiencing their true potential. Mindfulness is the approach that is taken. We can gain strength, flexibility, endurance (not just in the lungs and heart but the nervous system too), balance and much more through Yoga and other mindful practices. Yoga can be surprisingly beneficial. It is not just stretching. It can give you a workout that will blow your mind and give you a strong but toned and lean body, a more focused and clear mind, higher self esteem, and a calm presence.
The teacher and trainer at this studio is Natalie Buchi, Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher. Natalie studies martial arts and was a kickboxing and fitness instructor for years. She works with a variety of people with weight challenges, nutrition advice, body image issues, proper muscle toning, flexibility of the body and mind, and other issues they might have in life that keeps them from their desire for a healthy lifestyle. She also offers bodywork sessions to help smooth out the tissue, educate the muscles to support the skeleton and release any other tangles in the body. It's a great way to reward yourself after committing to your health and wellbeing, following through and finding the motivation to keep up.
The studio is also a Yoga school and offers teacher trainings for those interested in learning all about Yoga and how to maintain the lifestyle they embrace and if they want, teach it to others. The studio also offers small group yoga classes with a maximum of 9 students. Each class is designed around what the group needs.
