What do you love most about your job?

I love working with clients to dive deep into the multitude of questions we rarely ask each other. And through this uncovering and discovery process, a new person (or relationship) emerges.

Holding space, facilitating the healing process, asking tough questions, and bearing witness to another's personal growth and change is one of my greatest honors.

What inspired you to start your own business?

I have seen the vicious cycle of trauma ruin too many lives. Having the knowledge from personal experience and professional training has made it my mission to help individuals, couples, and families break the cycle of trauma and gain love, connection, and purpose.

Because I have been in your shoes. I know what it takes to show up and share your most intimate stories with a stranger - what a risk that is and how raw and vulnerable it feels.
