I thought that I was living out my dream, but started noticing that something was missing and I wasn't clear on what I offered the world anymore. With coaching, I was able to ask myself questions I hadn’t dared ask before, and declare my true wants and goals without feeling guilty for wanting them. The impact was incredible. I felt like a new woman, a new mom, a new wife. I had been holding so much space for others, but coaching taught me the importance of holding space for my own purpose, self worth, and direction. I felt unstoppable, so much so that I started working towards my own goal of becoming a coach.

In addition to my coach training, I have over 10 years of experience in HR leadership roles and an MBA that allow me to understand the professional landscape. I'm also a mom of 2 kids (ages 6 and 8), and understand first hand how balance and priorities become a whole new ball game once you become a mother.
I provide 1:1 and group coaching through Zoom. If there is a local client who wishes to meet in person, I am open to that as well. But historically, all of my clients have been remote and Zoom has worked well.
