What do you love most about your job?
I love creating value through conversation. Coaching is a medium of expression for me where I get to create an environment for the coachee to do their best thinking. It's inspiring to see how the right coaching environment creates new possibilities in the minds of the coachees and leads to breakthroughs that convert small steps into lasting transformation.
What inspired you to start your own business?
My coaching business my expression as an artist to honor the art of developing great leaders. I worked with senior leaders at Apple for 10 years in roles focused on business operations, learning & development and executive communication. I got a chance to learn, lead and coach with great leaders who have shaped into the best version of themselves by deeply focusing on strong human values. PebbleCompass is my way of sharing that wisdom with the world out there.

Kedar is deeply focused on enabling teams and leaders to share authentic stories and craft compelling narratives. After nearly two decades on the corporate treadmill, he traded the speed and intensity for the flexibility and perspective of the entrepreneurial hike.
Kedar has lived and worked in India, France, Germany, Singapore, and the United States. He built his corporate career at Apple leading Learning & Development teams and crafting executive communications for senior leaders on topics related to Inclusion & Diversity, Team Culture, and Employee Experience. Before Apple, Kedar worked in engineering and co-founded an immersive learning startup.
Kedar holds a bachelor’s degree from the Indian Institute of Technology Bombay, an MS from Stanford University, an MBA from INSEAD and is a certified executive coach from Berkeley Executive Coaching Institute. He is a LEGO Technic fan, a photographer, and a musician.

Absolutely! More than 90% of my coaching is online. I've coached leaders globally across the Americas, Europe and Asia Pacific.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Remote coaching is 100% COVID safe. In case we're meeting in person, we can keep safe distance and wear masks as needed.
