I started my business in 1999, it all came about after a major injury. I had a spiritual awakening and the Universe presented me with some amazing opportunities, I became a certified Feng Shui consultant and opened up to the world of energy work. From there, the layers and tools flowed in. I began coaching after training in Louise Hay's "love yourself heal your life" certification. Reiki was next and Kundalin Yoga is now in the mix as well. I love bringing all of these modalities to my clients to help them find true and lasting transformation through energy work, energy transmutation and regulating the nervous system/ retraining the brain.
I show up fully. I love the work I do. I love creating safe, sacred space and allowing people to lean into themselves. Fully seen, fully heard, fully cared for.
