My own experience working with a coach. When I made the decision to hire a coach, my life shifted. With her support, I became present to the creative being I really am- beyond all the negative stories I tell myself, beyond all the things I do to protect myself- there is love, presence, creation. Everything else, is just made up.
My life's work is to hold and support others on their way back to joy and creation- coaching allows me to do that.
Even after becoming a coach, I continue to work with my own coach. Yes, I have the tools- and I still get stuck because I'm human. It's important to me that I continue to develop and challenge myself, just as I invite my clients to do the same.
I also won't pretend to be an expert in your life- it's your life and you get to decide. I'll be here to offer accountability, reflect what I notice and hear, ask powerful questions, and stand for you to get what you want, but I won't decide for you.
