He is a remarkable coach who helped with my confidence development, produce a personalised vision for the year ahead and spark my inner light. I would highly recommend Dean to anyone who is looking for an incredible coach and teacher.

Milca is a wonderful coach. Having never been coached before I didn't know what to expect. She did a wonderful job of creating a safe space for me to express myself. Cultivated an atmosphere that let me grow and learn more about myself than I could have imagined. She is compassionate and thoughtful but not afraid to give you a push when needed. I am so grateful to have been a client and made such wonderful progress with her. I am feeling more motivated, less procrastination and have a deep trust of myself I did not have before.

AMAZING!! Danny is very encouraging and supportive. He has helped me a LOT in getting my mind in the right place to loose weight as well as training me hard. He is not your normal personal trainer, he didn't give me a strict diet to follow (as I didn't want to commit to that) and instead just advised me on changes and spurred me on. He adapted to my wants and needs. I was stuck at the same weight for about 3 years after putting on 40 pounds and slowing down my metabolism by yoyo dieting. Now I am half way to my goal and it has changed my outlook for life. Don't be intimidated by his hotness, he's a cheeky family man who really cares about his clients. I've rolled around on the floor and cried in front of him many a time :P Don't hesitate in booking him for your personal training!! HE'S THE BEST.

This is one of the best investments I have ever done for myself, from just the introductory session I knew I was on the right path, I felt heard and understood, it’s like a spark has been added to my life again, the doubts and the negative thoughts felt very small in my conversation with D, I left feeling like anything and everything I want to achieve is possible.. Beverly has been an amazing person to work with, and quite literally saved our relationship. She has so many different ways to help dig through every situation we have needed help with. She is compassionate, thoughtful, and a genuinely kind person. My fiancée was skeptical about getting therapy to begin with, but after working with Beverly she has become an advocate for it. We will continue working with Beverly every so often to keep on top of things, and we would recommend her to anybody, wether they think they need help or not.

Rita provided such an eye-opening coaching experience that really allowed me to reflect on myself, my motivations and challenges, and how to navigate situations. Rita provided a safe space and an open dialogue that offered me the opportunity to challenge my own thinking and understanding. She also provided me with several tools such as the Ikigai framework that helped me to continue my coaching out of sessions. Rita even went above and beyond to explore topics outside of the sessions and send me additional findings and links. All In all, would thoroughly recommend Rita as a coach.

Farah from Inspire Her Coaching was an absolute pleasure to work with. I approached IHC as I felt I wasn’t achieving any of my goals while really lacking structure. she was really easy to talk to which made me feel very comfortable, she helped me set realistic goals and ways to be accountable. I would definitely recommend inspire her coaching if you are serious about getting your life in order with a no nonsense approach.

I have had 4 coaching sessions with Mike so far and can’t be more satisfied. I run my own businesses and I felt stuck and Mike helped me to gain clarity about my work and finances. I am feeling more confident and I am already seeing results. Looking forward to have more sessions with him.

I am personally quite sceptical of tarot card readings and I hadn't had a coach before but came with an open mind. Louise was so helpful and talked me through what the session was going to entail. Then once we began, everything was spot on. When the cards were drawn I thought it was very negative because some of them were 'reversed' but really once Louise starting going through them and coaching me through it I understood what they meant and how personal they were to me and the question I had in my head. Everything Louise said made sense and made me feel more comfortable to sign up and do this again. The cards and their meanings surprised me but Louise helped so much by taking time to go through it all in detail and afterwards I knew I was on the right path and that it made me more confident in what I was doing and the choices I had made, it was really helpful. I'm definitely doing it again

After years of lacking self worth, and putting myself bottom of the pile, then my 3 children leaving home I lost my way in life, I felt like I didn’t have an identity anymore or clarity.
