Working with individuals who feel stuck in their current career path or who need help in find clarity and direction with any particular life challenges.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Having the option to work with clients directly without the constraints and office politics often found and associated with the corporate world. I like variety and working with different clients finding tailored solutions meet their needs. For some it means taking their career in a different direction, or seeking the next logical step within their current career. For others, it might mean transitioning from full time to part or to even starting a business

I am Certified Career Coach and life coach as well as a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personal Development (CIPD ) and qualified in the use of several assessment tools included Stregnthscope - an assessment tool used to help individuals identify their unique strengths. I am a pragmatist which means I look for the right solution for my clients that offers the best outcome in the shortest time possible. Interview coaching
One hour interview coaching session via Zoom or Skype. Now that you’ve effectively developed and marketed the value you have to offer an organisation, you’ve been called in for an interview. So many job seekers spend the majority of their time focusing on securing the interview they forget the importance of preparing for each and every interview attended. I work with you to help you prepare for the interview from what to wear to how to answer some of those common an even those less common interview questions.

Intake problem solving session
This session is for clients who may be having challenges in a number of areas of their lives, from relationships, career, finances etc. This session will help you start to gain clarity on how to move from where you are now, to where you want to be.
I can offer one off sessions, but to get the most from coaching, it is recommended that clients have at least 6 - 8 sessions. This will allow for real breakthroughs with clear and actionable step to help move you forward
