What do you love most about your job?
I have completely fallen in love with the coaching process. Being able to take clients through a journey of self discovery and going onto lead more fulfilled lives is truly amazing.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Over 10 years ago I watched a talk from Tony Robbins and he lit my fire, I knew from that moment that one day I would too be a life coach. I have coached in a corporate settings for over 10 years, and whilst I enjoyed what I did, decided to follow my dream and complete a life changing goal of my own.. so here I am, accredited life coach.
Why should our clients choose you?
I have empathy and compassion, as well as passion to coach others threw a journey of self-discovery and enlightening moments.
However, its all about connection, so, I offer a free 30 minute discovery call. On this call we can get to now each other a little, and decide if I am the right fit, and have the privilege of being your coach and take you on this journey of self-discovery.

One-to-One discovery session
A discovery session is where we get to know each other. This session offers us the opportunity to discover what your current needs or challenges are and ensure we both feel that I am the best fit to support you on your coaching journey. This will form the foundation of our coaching relationship, and will give you a greater understanding of my role and yours during the coaching process.
Duration - 30 minutes
Total Cost - FREE
One-to-One breakthrough session
In this one hour breakthrough session we will look at your current reality, and any potential blockers. This will give you the foundation, confidence and know how to work towards your goals.
Duration - 1 hour,
Total Cost - £95.00
One-to-One bespoke program
In this amazing transformational program we get to look at your current reality, work out your goals and what potential blockers have been preventing you from moving forward. Together we will map a route and navigate you to your 10/10 best life.
This Program requires a minimum of six sessions and includes WhatsApp and email support for the duration of the coaching program.
Duration - 1 hour per session
Total Cost - £95.00 (per session),
Total Cost - £540.00 (block of six) saving of £30.00,
Total Cost - £850.00 (block of ten) saving of £100.00
Group sessions
These group sessions are designed for friend's. For likeminded people to talk through their "stuff" in these sessions you get some clarity and insight on your goals and how to reach them. It's a great way for friends to support each other during and after these sessions.
Duration - From 90 mins
