If we had to pick a favourite "type" of event catering, it would be authentic, street-food inspired dishes / large bites and bowls to be circulated to guests for standing parties or served from food stalls/buffet stations. We have dishes and recipes from all over the world and we like to get creative by adding quirky styling details... So fun, particularly for large Christmas parties and birthdays! But we are an international, curious team and we love working with our clients on all types of events and providing different cuisines to suit the day.
We always do our best to have a quick chat with each of our clients to go through their event requirements and ideas and ensure we truly understand what they're after, what is crucial and what is a nice "to have", and also to advise on the best options for them using our industry knowledge and experience.
We then put together a bespoke menu or suggest the most suitable dishes along with a flexible quote which allows for flexibility for our clients.
