Catering

We hired Edward to cater my 40th birthday and everything from initial reach out right through to the end was spectacular! A menu was created for me which included all of my favourite foods and it was so mouthwateringkybdelicious that even the fussy children went up for seconds ! Edward and his team did such an incredible job at our 40th birthday weekend. They catered for 16 of us for a 3 course dinner and it went above and beyond our expectations. Personal Chef Services

If I could give 10 stars I would! Edward was attentive and brilliant at helping to plan the evening, nothing was too much trouble. On the night of our dinner party (for 15) Edward and the team took control of everything from preparing the table (they provided all the tableware), serving drinks & canapés to tidying up. The food was fantastic, it tasted great and the presentation was superb. My guests had a wonderful evening and I managed to enjoy the evening properly knowing that the team were taking care of everything and looking after my guests. I really appreciated them coming back the following morning to collect everything so that the party wasn’t disturbed.

I hired Ed and the Zest team on the basis of a recommendation from a friend. He catered for a party of nine guests under exceptionally challenging conditions. The food was remarkable from plating to the taste. Ed's flavour combinations were exciting and he executed the meal with the utmost professionalism - he even makes a great cocktail or two! Personal Chef Services

Brilliant cuisine and first class professionalism. The drunken salmon was especially delicious. Nothing like we’ve had before. He catered so well to pescatarian, some guests insisting on eating meat, gluten free, pregnancy and nut allergies. He took a covid test before his arrival and gave me proof. Q&As

Our signature dish has to be our 'Eton Mess' dessert. Everyone describes it as "Summer on a plate", the kick of refreshing basil oil is what completes this dish.

Everybody has different tastes and needs, which is very important to bear in mind when creating dishes and menus. We will always cater for individual requests but wont ever compromise on quality.

Getting to showcase people the incredible local produce we have here in Britain whilst creating imaginative & delicious food.

Having worked in some of the worlds top Michelin star restaurants, 5 star hotels and for HNWI I decided it was time to bring my experience into people homes and start a new project for myself.

Our priority is quality of service - In the produce we use, the service on the evening and communication relationship leading up to our event together. Don't pay high prices for a chef to source their ingredients in the cheapest possible way as they commonly do - choose us to guarantee a quality experience you can rely on to deliver.

We have a full mask policy for our staff as well as boosted hygiene protocols.
