Thalbir has been on a quest of self-discovery ever since she can remember and has been practising Yoga for over twelve years. Thalbir enjoys sharing the never-ending art of connecting breath with movement and harmonising the mind with body and spirit. Inspired by the uplifting and healing impact Thalbir herself has experienced from stress related illness she decided to develop her practice by undertaking the Yogacampus (London 2012-14) Teacher Training Diploma and has been teaching for over 6 years now.
Hi, I'm Charley. I am a qualified yoga teacher living in Liverpool, U.K. My approach to yoga is informed by an understanding of anatomy and functional movement, so when you practice with me the emphasis is on finding the right options and adaptations for your unique body. I teach an embodied form of vinyasa yoga, where movements are linked together in a flowing sequence, allowing you to develop a sense of fluidity and ease as you move.

I first encountered Eugene at the gym I was attending when he put on a taster session for Wing Tsun kung fu. After that, I started going to his group classes and had some one-to-one sessions too. Some personal trainers I've seen in the past have been a bit intimidating. Eugene is very friendly in his approach, but still maintains a high level of professionalism and what I'm learning from his teaching is more interesting and more useful than simply hitting the weights or pounding the streets. I can't recommend him enough.
