I also have an app for full online training, I will design you a personalised training program based on your goals, The app will have video's of each exercise and many reps to day, IM to ask me any questions and I will change the program monthly.
Kevin has really helped to transform my training. He really knows his stuff in terms of how to adjust certain exercises for your body shape and makeup - using a wider stance to get the best range of motion for example, and guiding me on how to activate certain muscles for certain movements. I've learnt an awful lot in the 5 months i have been training with him and am very pleased with the strength i've gained and results i'm seeing. I would highly recommend Kevin!
Sport and fitness is a life long passion for me having been an amateur athlete, footballer and racing cyclist at times since school days. I hold an FA Level 1 football coaching badge and British Cycling's Level 2 qualifications in several disciplines. These days I'm a regular gym user, keeping fit and looking after myself is a way of life I'd be happy to share and impart as a 1-2-1 sports coach.
Myself and two other friends joined the club a year ago, three of us from Tottenham. The management and club members are so friendly and helpful. There is a regular weekend rides for adults and children and youth ride sessions during the week days and over the weekends and occasionally the club also organises a social activities open for all members. I would recommend any one who would love riding to join the club and enjoy Cycling and make friends.

Varying sessions between Muay Thai & weights means you can work on different parts of your body and allows you to learn different disciplines. I went along to a Tai Chi City class rather reluctantly after repeated urgings from a friend in my yoga class. After all, tai chi is a martial art and holds no interest for me... But from the very first class I was completely hooked! Tai chi turns out to be an amazing art form, excellent for both mind and body, as well as being well suited to any body, no matter what age, stage or level of fitness. I am so grateful for the opportunity to have experienced tai chi, particularly under the guidance of Tai Chi City's skilled coaches and feel this is something that has enriched my whole life, now and in the years to come.
