About

I'm passionate about helping you achieve your fitness goals and create new lifelong healthier habits.
Fitness and training changed my life 8 years ago, and I now I want to give that back by changing other people's lives. During all these years I have tried different disciplines: from body-building to running, to Olympic weightlifting, to functional training.

Online training with Marina has been great! We started right when the pandemic started and she saved me from being lazy and unhealthy while working from home! I'm so thankful for that! Connecting to the sessions is super easy, she sends me the Zoom meeting and we connect for 45' a few times per week. She's always on time and she know exactly where to push me. I only have 2 small Dumbells at home and I never thought I could perform so many different workouts with them! 1on1 online sessions with Marina has been the best investment I've done this year. I’ve been training with Marina for 3 months now and I must say that my body has fully changed and still improving! I was always quitting sport after first month, because of lack of motivation. Somehow she really encouraged me to keep my training routine! I also never was able to do pull-ups, she build a specific plan for me to gain strength on my arms and back as well as shown the proper technique. Now I’m almost flying in the bar! Thank Marina :))) More...

After years of having a sedentary life, I decided to go back to training with Marina. I didn't think I could ever feel fit again. She has kept me on track when on holidays or stressful periods of my life, she hasn't only physically trained but also mentally, by educating me about lifestyle habits and nutrition. And I'm enjoying training more than ever! I look foward for the next session every time! More...

I hired Marina after putting some weight during summer and so far I lost 3 kg! 3 more to go! I love how structured her sessions are. When I hired her she explained her plan, that really kept me motivated through the weeks. I've learnt so many things with her. She's not one of those trainers who are "going for the sweat", instead she really digs deep into posture, form, technique, mobility... Plus the workout of course. It's been great to connect and see her in the mornings she's such a bubbly funny character as well. 10 out of 10! More...

Q&As

C O N S I S T E N C Y is key
It doesn't matter if you have the best trainer of the world or if someone prescribes you the best diet ever. If you are not able to stick to it, it doesn't , make a difference.
My clients and I work together to find those actions that are achievable and not overwhelming, and that will move you a little bit closer to your goals.
I don't expect you to start having a perfect diet and training 5xweek all of a sudden. That's an unrealistic goal.
But what if you do your 1on1 training and on top of that 15 minutes of stretching at home? or start the day drinking one glass of water? Or increase the protein and vegetables intake?

Small achievable steps will get you closer to your goals than massive overwhelming changes.

Lifting weights instead of hitting the treadmill is number 1.

Apart from that, focus on long term changes instead of short term ones that disappear as soon as motivation is a little bit down. Start new habits that don't feel overwhelming, so you can keep doing them for a long time (or for a lifetime!), that can be... eating more protein, taking the stairs everyday, walking to a further bus stop, etc.
I have met too many people who have done a Crash Diet or Bootcamp and made a lot of progress during a very short period of time but they have been unable to maintain it. That to me is a waste of time! Instead, do things that you can keep doing. And build that up over time!
It will take longer but it will stay forever.

Seeing people gain confidence around the gym or themselves. Seeing people accomplish things that they never thought they could do. And I also get to meet pretty cool people, which I love.

I might be for you if you are keen on learning about lifting, about moving better, about how to become a healthier individual in general. If you are in here for "the long run". If you don't mind starting from the bottom and building to something great.

I provide online programming and online coaching too. I use an app called Truecoach, that you will have access to. It's an interactive platform where you will have your weekly workouts uploaded, with explanatory videos and notes. You tick off every section you complete and add any notes, photos or videos you take.
You will also have a Zoom catch up where we will chat about how is the programming going, if there's any struggles, etc.
The prices of online coaching vary between £120 and £65 depending on the level of support you need (weekly catch up / bi weekly catch up / monthly catch up)

You can request wearing a mask and keep social distancing.
