I don’t really know what I expected from PT, but I guess I was at a point in my life where I’ve failed at so many other weight loss options that I thought it was time to put myself in the hands of a proper professional. Not to sound dramatic, but it’s pretty much one of the best decisions I’ve ever made!

After moving to London and gaining a bit more than the standard ‘Heathrow Injection’ I started working out with Glenn and the results are almost unbelievable. Not only have I fallen into a routine of working out a minimum of 3 times a week, but it somehow feels as if it’s the most normal thing ever. My PT experience doesn’t start and stop in the gym; Glenn has taught me how I should fuel my body to loose weight and get stronger without feeling like I’m on some restrictive diet.

I used to think of weight loss and training as a journey, but have realised that it is much more than a sweaty, burning and committed run from low confidence to weight loss. It’s an attitude. A mindset. A change in how you chose to live your life. It’s changed me. And if you have to ask, yes I’ve lost weight. I’m 2-3 dress sizes smaller and 21 kilos lighter. But who’s counting aye ;)

I had a great experience working with Glenn as my personal trainer. He is extremely knowledgable and tailors the work out to my goals, strengths, and weaknesses. I always look forward to personal training sessions, as he makes them fun and motivating. He has a great way of balancing humor and laughter, as well as, pushing and challenging me. I provide an incredible service monitoring the key metrics to transform your body. We start with a testing day to identify body composition (muscle/fat), strength, power and anaerobic capacity. From this a bespoke 12 week training and diet programme is implemented with a 6 week check in to keep us on track.

Consistency and patience, the process is not done overnight which is where a lot of people fail, expecting instantaneous results! trust the process and focus on enjoying the training.

Seeing the changes! I love seeing client drop fat and develop functional muscle. More so the positive feedback about the carryover it has into their work/social/personal life is incredible to know and hear about!
