We are Certified Elite Personal Trainers who specialise in running, boxing, strength and conditioning, pre and post natal, GP referral and kettlebell training.

Great classes!
Just the motivation I needed to get back into fitness. I've only been doing Boxercise & circuit for 2 weeks but feel great already, really enjoying both classes!

Have been attending DCM Fitness Boxfit & Circuits classes since Sept '14. At the moment I attend one class per week (alternating between BF & C). Both classes give me what I consider a great all round workout. I genuinely feel a lot fitter & most definitely my recovery time has greatly improved. Apart from the general exercise, classes are really enjoyable & there is a very friendly atmosphere present. The instruction given pushes you to work well, improve on your current fitness level but in a way making it fun & not feeling like you are part of a military establishment! I couldn't recommended DCMfitness enough. I've been trained by Dave for over a year and in this time I've lost over 4 stone and I've managed to run my first 10k in under 40 minutes 2 weeks ago which I thought I could never do!!

Maintaining a healthy diet is key to achieving the results you want to achieve.
Keeping a good diet works part and part with the physical activity you look to carry out; through having a varied diet of food and drink helps support your body in your overall fitness goals. If you don't support your body with the right fuels it's not able to achieve it's full potential in the training you carry out.

At DCMFitness we ensure that all our clients have realistic and achievable goals, also including a good dietary plan that is important towards reaching these goals. Also in offering varied training such as interval training, boxing and strength and conditioning training, this gives our clients a good variation in trying new methods of training they may have never done before.
Also at DCMFitness make sure we keep regular contact with my clients to help them every step of the way in their fitness goals.

To stay disciplined in what you have set out to achieve and also making sure you eat a balanced diet.
Most importantly you are enjoying the exercise in which you are doing and keeping it varied as possible.

Giving the expertise to others we've gained as full time GB athletes in athletics were we have won various titles over a 8 year period.
We enjoy working with clients who are willing to push themselves and work hard to achieve their fitness goals. At DCMFitness we get no more satisfaction in knowing that when someone has worked their hardest and after time they have achieved not just short term goals but are looking to work to something greater.
Also the different clients we meet from elite sportspeople to someone who has never trained before...this keeps my job very varied and exciting for us.

We wanted to have the flexibility to be able to fit our work around our children and become our own managers. Also being able to start a business from the beginning and see it grow over time.

As we've been an elite athletes in athletics and competed in National, European and World Level, were we've achieved becoming the top European athletes in cross country and track. Charlotte one of our trainers was one of the top 10 athletes in the world for cross country. From all these years of being an athlete and working as a personal trainers we're able to pass this knowledge and experience onto the clients we work with. We are able to offer top quality sports massage therapy and help towards injury rehabilitation for all the clients we work with.
At DCM Fitness we are hands on personal trainers who are able to train with clients if they are looking to run a marathon, fun run or 10K for example, we will run with all our clients in all sessions.
We love what we do and have a fun personalities, we like to make training fun and also help you get the results you want!
