I normally train people at their homes or outdoors (e.g. parks) with a focus on strength, toning, weight loss, general stamina/conditioning. My clients range from adolescents with weight problems through busy executives looking to improve their overall fitness to special needs people.

At the first meeting I conduct a fitness assessment and interview to agree on goals and develop an appropriate training regime. Its also helpful to understand my clients preferences for the type of training they most enjoy.

It is important to ensure your fitness routine combines effectively with a good nutritional plan and to make other lifestyle changes.

I like to get out and meet people and help them achieve their goals.

I found gyms to be too intimidating for many clients. Working from people's homes or in public parks helps individuals achieve an inner calm and more quickly see results.

I am a friendly approachable personal trainer, so not intimidating at all!
