What do you love most about your job?
I'm a people person and thoroughly enjoy helping people to maximise their potential - at work, at play and in their relationships. I get to meet some amazing people who are determined to achieve their goals.
My other passion is winning - I love to help people grow their businesses and get the rewards for their hard work.
What inspired you to start your own business?
It's in my blood! My parents both had their own businesses, and whilst I have worked in both Corporate and SME environments, the freedom and scope of work involved in running your own business is fantastic. Combined with my genuine enthusiasm for helping and developing people, it makes total sense to combine the two things!
Why should our clients choose you?
I will treat you as an individual, with your own particular needs and opportunities - my coaching practice is not straight out of a book, or "by template" (although I do use a lot of those tools). You will get a very tailored experience working with me.
For those wanting to focus on career development, building their leadership and soft skills - because I have have experiences in this area spanning far too many years in both the corporate world and within family owned SMEs. My coaching practice has embraced SME, Corporate and central Government clients.
For those who have business challenges they want to work on - I have set up and run both successful and less successful businesses. I've learned a lot of lessons - sometimes painful ones - and want to ensure you can avoid the mistakes and take advantage of your opportunities. My work and coaching / mentoring practice in this area has focused on business growth, sales, marketing, Business exit and succession planning. All backed up with training courses if needed.
Executive Coaching
A structured series of Coaching sessions to help unlock your potential, and to help you understand what, and how, to achieve your goals.
Often, this starts out with exploring what your goals are, and evaluating those (it is perhaps not surprising how many people are not clear on what they really do want to achieve).
Prior to the first session, as part of a "Welcome Pack" you will be asked to complete a set of questions, so that we can have an informed start to the process (saving time and cost).
These sessions can be delivered face-to-face or remotely via Skype.
After every session, a follow up e-mail will outline what has been discussed and agreed as follow up activity.
Career Coaching
A structured series (or a one-off session) of Career Coaching sessions to help identify and evaluate your career goals, and provide a variety of support to help you achieve your goals.
Often, this starts out with exploring what your goals are, and evaluating those (it is perhaps not surprising how many people are not clear on career choices, pro's and cons of roles etc.).
Prior to the first session, as part of a "Welcome Pack" you will be asked to complete a set of questions, so that we can have an informed start to the process (saving time and cost).

A structured series of Mentoring sessions to help you tackle specific business issues including what, and how, to achieve your goals.
Often, this starts out with exploring what business objectives or challenges you face, and evaluating those. A wide variety of tools and methods can be used to help identify action that can be taken.

Business Mentoring System - Access & Support
As above in terms of Mentoring objectives. This style of mentoring is conducted monthly, and is highly effective. This service has been used by thousands of businesses globally and is recommended by many Accountants across the UK and US.
The key addition to this premium service is that I will make available to you a comprehensive online resource Vault which includes fantastic tools to help you grow your business.
This will include a monthly Scientific Marketing Audit of your marketing approach.
Training & Team Building
As an additional service - if suitable - I offer training and team building services to help meet some of the more intractable challenges faced by business owners.
