I’ve been here for a few months, it’s been my first time trying CrossFit.
I’m blown away. There’s a real sense of community at the gym and Connor runs the show everyday, it’s always a killer workout and he takes the time to check in with everyone.
I’ve got tons to learn but I will keep showing up because I love how it makes me feel.
If you’re not sure what CrossFit is, nervous or just want to try it out then my advice is to stop in at the gym and try a class 🙌
