This is achieved through developing a personalized training and nutrition plan for each client's current fitness level, schedule, goals and timeline using enjoyable exercise methods, while enjoying a variety of foods and providing healthy restaurant options.

What do you love most about your job?

Getting to work with people who are dedicated to improving their lifestyle and helping them through the rough patches to strive to be their best selves. I love teaching people new exercises to address muscle imbalances, restrictions, improve strength and flexibility, and develop strong, stable movements for injury resilience.

What inspired you to start your own business?

As someone who was involved in a variety of sports growing up, I suffered my share of injuries and struggled to find someone that was able to help me work through them. I became a trainer to be there for people who are struggling to find the right person; whether it's starting a fitness journey, getting through plateaus in the gym, or injury recovery and future prevention, I am here to help.

Why should our clients choose you?

I have been active all my life through various sports (figure skating, basketball, horseback riding, running) and as a result have suffered various injuries and learned how to recover to come back stronger and work on future injury prevention. I enjoy helping people succeed in their goals and motivating them to push past what they thought was possible
