I work with individuals who are struggling to lose those extra 10-15lbs or gain that extra 5-10lbs of muscle.

With a masters in nutrition and 20 years experience working with individuals in sports, general lifestyle training, pre natal and post partum, there isn't much I have not seen.

Generally speak, very. But you always need to add context. Depending on what the individuals overall goals are there are many different approaches to take.
I always like to adhere to the 80/20 rule. 80% of the diet comes from whole, nourishing foods, and the other 20% can come from indulgences.

One win at a time. So many people start their fitness journeys with setting a big goal, and that is totally fine. But they forget to break it down into smaller more mentally manageable goals. So they get stuck, fixated on that finish line that is months and months away. It's the reason so many never reach the goals they set.

A good plan, consistent effort, and patience. Trust in the process.

I had spent enough time working for others, coaching their philosophy, and coaching their clientele. I realized that if I wanted to coach based on my experience and the demographic that I wanted to work with, it would require me going out on my own.

I am very personable and understanding when it comes to the struggles individuals deals on a daily basis around their health, body image, confidence and self-esteem tied to their wieght or lack there of. I have struggled with many of those same issues.
And I put all of my knowledge and experience into the work I do with my clients.

Yes. Everything is run via email and video calls. You are provided a fully tailored program with weekly updates, weekly check-ins (via email and video conference), and unlimited email access if needed.

Because I work with certain demographics who required fitness training throughout COVID, I was provided an exemption notice, as long as my facility and operating procedures fell in line with COVID standard safety protocols.

This can either be strength training based, nutrition based, or a combination of the two.
