What inspired you to start your own business?

Starting my own business was the most obvious way to share my passion for helping others discover the benfits of fitness and nutrition. It allows me the freedom to tailor programs to each individual client, getting the absolute best results for them - as opposed to the box-gym setting, in which programs can be very "cookie cutter."

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?

Proper gym hygiene and etiquette is encouraged to all my clients, and taught to all new gym-goer clients.
Clients are encouraged to take time off of training when they are sick, so they can come back to training at full force.
I am diligent in making sure I am healthy for my clients, and will stay home if sick, offering bonus sessions if such circumstances arise.
