Joanne was great to work with! I’ve tried numerous other therapy that hasn’t worked so doing the in body processing with Jo really made me feel something and help me over come my fears and understand my childhood trauma a lot more it was very confronting but so beneficial then standard talk therapy, we really got to unpack unhealed wounds together and definitely gave me some rewarding strategies to help me control/feel my emotions in a healthy way. Jo is so friendly and welcoming and she’s patient and very understanding, beautiful human being would recommend her to anyone seeking a positive change!
