To whom it may concern My issues started shortly after I retired. For some unknown reason I lost my appetite and wasn’t sleeping particularly well. After losing 10-15 lbs I thought I should seek help. I reached out to the Bark Team and received a call from Anca Uni, she assured me that she could help and oh my gosh did she help. I started eating and sleeping better very quickly and then during my move out of Vancouver and into the country I fractured a bone in my kneecap , normally this would have sent me into a tailspin but her calm demeanour and positivity is contagious. We started talking in September and to this day every time we talk something good happens that day and things effortlessly align. She made a knee healing music track that I listen to every night and my knee has healed. I am now looking forward to my future and my new hom in the woods. Calvin honestly changed everything for me and my fiancé. We were struggling, not communicating, and feeling really lost. After working with him, things finally started to make sense again.
