I contacted Michael to deal with a number of issues relating to the passing of my wife I Must admit I was sceptical but my sessions with councillors did not seem to help Michael was easy to talk to and non judgmental together we created a program of 6 sessions these were recorded and I followed Michael s advise and would listen each night as I went to sleep. I was still sceptical but the after a few days I noticed my behaviours were changing I had been drinking heavily but suddenly found I no longer felt the desire I had been late night snacking no longer. The results in other areas have been astounding it is so subtle the transition to a much healthier lifestyle and all that it brings is a complete surprise but something I would certainly recommend to others wishing to change something in their lives
