All rehab/exercise based programs we offer come with a complimentary customized meal plan (we won't make you eat anything you hate) and regular health coaching and accountability meetings (that address things that get in the way like stress, sleep & recovery) so our members can have the confidence they are not only getting amazing results, but also gaining the education and accountability necessary to make those results last a lifetime! Our Programs Include Rebuild: In Rebuild you work 1:1 with our Doctor of Physical Therapy (in-person or remotely to get out of chronic pain or injury so you can move pain free, without worry of re-injury and can being the transition back to modified fitness (if you want to.) In both rebuild and return your nutrition program is geared toward anti-inflammatory response to assist your healing process. Return: In Return you'll continue to work with our DPT (who is also a nationally certified trainer) to return to a modified exercise program that continues to strengthen weaker body parts and muscle groups while re-building foundational core strength, balance, endurance and movement ability. RISE: Our RISE body recomposition program is our signature, built-just-for-you fitness (strength, fat loss and/or muscle building) program that we design specifically for your unique goals, limitations and schedule. Recover: This movement & mobility focused "add-on" program run again by our DPT is designed to speed up the recovery process, and help you manage the common aches, pains and soreness that comes with regular exercise for everyone (it's not just you... we promise :) We look forward to serving you.. you amazing human you :)

We do really have the greatest job in the world, and it's all because of our clients.

We get to guide and lead them to not just health...but even more importantly sometimes - Self Belief.

When we get a client who says they can't get up or down off the floor and in a matter of days can get up and down without pain - we know everything else will be cake becuase the self belief is there now.

That gives us all the warm and fuzzies :)

What inspired you to start your own business?

I started Inner Strength for 1 primary reason

The first was because as a child of a single mother, growing up I watched my mom put aside her health needs to give me all she could and now as a parent. She'd be chronically fatigued and often have chronic pain in her neck & back. As a parent myself now, I totally understand why she did; however it doesn't have to be that way.

When we "put our own mask on first" we can better assist the people in our lives that need us.

When we don't we can only have the physical capability to perform at less than 100% due to fatigue, weakness, stress and pain.

As a team now, we are able to help people not just commit to putting themselves first for 1.7% of their week (3 hours) ...but help keep them focused consistently showing up so they can give their entire potential to helping the people they love.

The relationships we form with our members as a result of being their "shoulder to lean on" is what we value the most.
