How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?

I help my clients achieve their fitness goals by creating a plan/program that's sustainable for their lifestyle. I educate my clients of the tradeoffs and commitment that's required to achieve their goals. I also lead by example on a daily basis I never coach my clients to do something that I have not done, or am not currently doing. I hold my clients accountable at all times. I also believe that my personal experience and experience as a coach allows me to relate to my clients which translates to a better understanding between coach and client.

What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?

There really is no secret to getting the body of your dreams. The key to getting the body of your dreams is discipline. Discipline is what's going to keep you going and on track to your goals. Sometimes motivation can come and go some days you may feel like you want to quit and give up, but discipline to yourself, your goals, and the program is what will yield that greatest results!

What do you love most about your job?

I love being able to share my experience and help others achieve their goals. I love the opportunity to help change someones life in a great way. I love to see my clients transform into the best version of themselves, being able to move through life more confidently, healthier, stronger, and sexier!

What inspired you to start your own business?

Wanting to give back and teach others what took me years to learn and master because I didn't have anybody to show and teach me. I also like that I'm able to train and coach my clients my own way with my own methods and ideologies without having to train within a construct of a commercial gym.

My clients should choose me because they can trust me and that I have nothing, but their best interest at heart. I know people are looking for a results and results is what I deliver. I'm a daily example of the lifestyle I promote to the clients, and who they want to become. I have the experience and knowledge to relate to my clients.

Yes, I provide services online/remotely (only) via my coaching app. Where my clients will be able to access their own client portal with access to their customized workout routines and meal plans. The app also also for direct communication with me, as well as a progress photo library, meal/calorie logging and apple and google watch integrations!

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?

My services are online so I coach my clients to follow whatever covid - 19 protocols their gym have in place.
