I was having a difficult time in my own life at the beginning of the pandemic. My relationships were really suffering and all the counseling wasn't moving the needle. I have been studying personal development for years and I finally decided to take the plunge and get trained as a coach. I knew that if I could learn tools to help other people make lasting changes in their lives and relationships I would be able to do it for myself. I was right! I am now living a life that I would not have believed was possible three years ago, and I love sharing the skills and information that I have learned to help others in their personal growth.

When I take on a new one on one client, they have my full attention and commitment, and we work together intensely until they get the momentum they need to see the changes that will move them forward toward their goals.
