I completed my doctorate in physical therapy 2020 and have worked in healthcare. I have experience with healthcare and am a certified life coach. A few years ago I had graduated with my doctorate in physical therapy, during the beginning of a pandemic, dumped by my long term boyfriend, and homeless (pandemic related), with difficulty finding a job, and separating myself from a high-demand religion.
I found out about life coaching through a podcast I discovered and my life has changed.
I have become more assertive, confident, improved my health, got off my medications for anxiety/depression, and am now traveling and exploring the outdoors. My goal when I signed up for coaching was "to become more connected to myself", I didn't care about romantic partners anymore, I just wanted to feel good in my own skin. I had lived whole life seeking what I thought society said was successful instead of being guided by my own internal compass. Coaching has given me agency. I have learned so much I wish younger me knew!

I am very picky about the people I have hired and did look at credentials/experience. I wanted people to teach me the science as to why things are happening. I did not just want someone to claim to be a coach telling me what to do. I wanted a coach with results and someone I could trust.
I also am about kindness and support from me and teaching you how to be kind and supportive to yourself. I also am inviting you to come as you are, I offer a judgment free zone. I do not want you be apologetic or "fix" yourself. I can offer a safe, clean space for you to fully express yourself and process all thoughts and emotions.
