Found this place here on yelp looking for somewhere to go for our anniversary. Â It has only been open 5 weeks but you won't be able to tell when you walk in. Â The waiters and hostess were very courteous and explained the menu well. Â The Stuffed Clams we had for appetizer were delicious. Â I had an off the menu item, a porterhouse must have been 24oz or so and it was deliciously, couple that with the twice baked potato and I'm not sure how I finished it all. Â My wife had the Jumbo Shrimp Scampi and it too was delicious but on the small side for her liking. Â Finally, the dessert was also home made and delicious. Â To sum it up, everything was delicious and home made. Â The steak, I think I will keep coming back just to try all the cuts on the menu.
Boards by Kae was born May 2021 - and all I had was a love of charcuterie, cheese, and a passion to make people happy. To be honest, I had no idea what I was doing! But I knew I loved making boards for people, so I made it a side hustle while I worked my 9-5 job. At first, I was making boards for my family and close friends. Once I noticed the effect it had on those who I loved, I knew I needed to make this an actual business. Fast forward to April 2022, I quit my 9-5 job and started BBK full-time. I was able to expanded our menu, partner with amazing wholesalers, as well as hired my talented Culinary Graduate Styling Assistant, Maddie. It was the best decision I ever made and now I am able to completely focus on my amazing customers. As of October 2023, we have served over 5,496 people throughout New York State, and we are just getting started.
