We enjoyed are meal of Indian Food. It was delicious. There was a large quantity to have leftovers which we enjoyed the next day. There were little edible flowers included. This caterer is the best ever! I had 4-5 weeks to put on a wedding in our home. Storry Jack, literally, came to my rescue. We discussed what I envisioned for our special day. She used her contacts to find other vendors I would need. She found a bartender, a photographer , rented tables and chairs, she rented linens and even ordered flowers for centerpieces.
She put forth several menu ideas and I just cut and paste what I wanted and what I did not want.
She kept in touch and I was always kept in the loop so I was never surprised or felt like I didn’t know what was going on.
Her group of professionals arrived at my home, the wedding venue, hours ahead of time, accepting delivery of rentals and setting up.
I even had time to relax a bit, collect my thoughts and savor the moments ahead.
During the event, she kept it all together with zero help from me ( I was greeting guests and enjoying the party)
Her crew quietly broke down and cleaned up. She stored any leftovers ( and there was almost zero as the food was so tasty) and the next day the furniture rentals as well as glassware and dinnerware were picked up from the back of the property, without even waking us.
If you are lucky enough to get on her schedule , you’re lucky enough!

I first talk to the client to get an understanding of their desires, vision and budget constraints. Then I build an initial proposal with a sample menu as a starter. Many times, I get it right with the first try, but I truly work with client in perfecting it by adding and modifying until it is perfect.
I love the fact that once the event comes together, we can vividly see the results of the work, challenges and love which went into an event. It could be as simple as a corporate luncheon honoring staff or a wedding with all the whistles and bells. To be involved with a production from start to finish; from the mere ideas to the ultimate outcome--and then witness it firsthand is indeed rewarding.
My husband Chef Thomas began the firm years ago. It was initially a part time venture born out of a love for cooking and great cuisine. I joined a number of years ago to manage the front of the house and client fulfillment. I enjoy working with clients to make sure their wishes are honored. It could be a funeral comfort meal; a retirement party; family celebration or a smashing gala - it involves some level of thought and creativity which has been my strong suit.
The bottom line is that we truly care and yearn for perfection. Their event becomes our personal mission if entrusted to us.
