What’s your signature dish?
Phresh gourmet signature dish is any grilled salmon with sauteed broccolini with choice of mash or coconut jasmine rice.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
Communication! We allow our clients to tell us in detail what they have in mind, We will do a questionnaire to make sure we cover everything from appetizer, to the main courses and desserts. Our goal is make our clients life easy. We give you full autonomy for your event.
What do you love most about your job?
We love food and believe that food is a universal tool to bring people together.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Our executive Chef, Manny started Phresh Gourmet while working a 9-5. What started out as hobby turned out to be full scale business. Manny spent a years perfecting his craft and continues to learn from the best to serve his customers the finest cuisines.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
At Phresh Gourmet, we take Covid-19 very serious. Our staff is trained on proper safety and have taken the neccessary steps to make sure we do our part to stop the spread. Our team always use gloves, face masks, hairnets and proper apparel for food safety. Our facilities are cleaned daily.
