What do you love most about your job?

I practice what I preach and I preach all about the customer experience! Think of the last time you had an amazing customer experience and how that made you feel. I bet you left with a smile on your face, you were in a much better mood and probably even had a little spring in your step! These experiences are more than just a customer interaction, they are a personal one. I love to be a part of making other peoples days just a little bit better and to know I made the world a little bit brighter that day.

What inspired you to start your own business?

I have been working in the hospitality industry for 20 years and loved it right up till the end, however I wanted more from what I do. I had great success in developing the customer brand and helping employees find their feet in the fast paced restaurant world. I thought it would be an amazing experience to help other business by passing my knowledge onto them showing how simple and rewarding positive customer interactions can be. I have always been good at developing staff to achieve better results and in the process creating positive work environments. When you staff are happy, they create happy customers. This results in lower staff turnover, bigger sales and more profit to the business.
