This transpersonal coaching program does not necessarily include hypnosis but could be included as part of the coaching program if the client desires. All of the Core Passion tools are included in the Soul Enrichment Program. Core Passion is designed to provide the client with clarity on life direction and tap into their soul's personality gifts while also identifying their challenges. Typically when we are stuck or in a "rut", it is because we are focusing on our challenges rather than our gifts. Core Passion helps to identify this and provide tools to shift one from the challenge to the gift so life begins to flow in a more meaningful way. When life flows again, things feel easier and our passion for life begins to emerge. I have found these tools to be great for building confidence and help people live more easily as their authentic self.

I bring in transpersonal coaching to my sessions which includes not only the mind and body but also the spirit. Some of the styles of transperonal hypnotherapy I offer include Inner Child Work, Dream Therapy, Subpersonality Work and Past Life Regression. I am also a Reiki Master which allows me to hold a healing environment for my clients.
