Been with Educogym in Dundrum for 7 weeks, 3 sessions a week. Joined because I wanted to tone up and improve energy levels. Must say, my experience of them has been brilliant. They gave me a food plan to follow, which is very easy to do. By following it and 7 weeks of sessions my weight has gone from 182lbs to 173.9lbs, waist has reduced from 34 inches to 32 inches, belly from 38 inches to 34 and BMI has improved from 23.7% to 21.7%. This was beyond my expectations for 7 weeks. The 3 x 20 min sessions each week are high intensity but you recover quickly and yes you do have some aches and pains in the days after but for me that's a sign that the sessions are working. Staff there are great and always available for help and advice.. Could not recommend it more highly

Yes, these days a predominantly do online training. Workouts are delivered through my app, or through a web interface on my website. Support is offered via messaging through my Personal Training app, as well as via email, phone calls and video calls, depending on what type of package you choose.
Remote/online training sessions! I've only just returned to training clients in a gym environment after almost 18 months doing all sessions via Google Hangouts or house visits, depending on the restrictions. Now that we're back into the gym, it's very much a case of me being the sanitiser/towel bearer, and wiping everything down before and after a client uses it.
