How important is a healthy diet to someone’s health and wellbeing?

Eating a nutritious diet supports the entire health and well being. It also reduces the risk of all health problems including hormonal, mental or cardiovascular health.
It also helps with sleeping patterns, energy levels, and even reduces your stress and anxiety.
Some foods can lift your mood, energy levels, and concentration, while others can have the opposite effect.
Functional nutrition is a powerful cornerstone of functional medicine. It uses food as a natural medicine to help restore balance, replete nutrient deficiencies, heal the gut, and more.

What do you love most about your job?

One of the wonderful things about my job as a nutritional therapist is that I treat it as a vocation. Love helping clients with their health problems, talking to them. It's so rewarding when you see happy Clients coming back to your follow-up session.

What inspired you to start your own business?

Seven years ago I was a sick young woman, an "atypical" medical case for which pharmacological medicine had no idea how to help. I was constantly asking "why" questions, feeling worse and not agreeing to be a constant patient, I started a 4-year study as a Nutritional Therapist at the Institute of Health Sciences in Dublin, thanks to which all the puzzles about my health began to fall into one.

I found the reasons for my poor health!

Now I share this knowledge and personal experience with other people in need. Thanks to the path that I have followed, I understand what you are going through and what you are struggling with, I remember perfectly well when I had similar health problems in the past.

Why should our clients choose you?

I have great results with my Clients and love to build a good rapport with them. Please feel free to read google reviews to see how I can help.

Can you provide your services online or remotely? If so, please add details.

I do provide my service online. All consultations are conducted via Zoom, Skype OR WhatsApp.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?

I have started providing my service online since the Pandemic started.
