What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
In studio is fully covid compliant. Mask wearing, hand sanitisation, social distancing at all times and room well ventilated
Personal training
Online and in person one to one personal training.
In person training is delivered via a fully equipped studio in Dublin 4.
Sessions are 45 mins in length.
PRICES are €53 per session. Discount available for block booking of sessions. Block of 10 sessions = €500
Covid compliant space. Individualised programs based on goals and needs of client. Including assessment, physical profiling and nutritional support.
Online coaching is delivered through an app. Individualised programs based on goals and needs of client. Full workouts, including exercise videos, reps, sets, rest and loads. Video feedback also an option.
Programs can be based around space and equipment available to the client.
Programs include:
Building muscle and strength
Body composition - reducing body fat
Athletic speed and power for sport
Core strength
Basic gymnastics
Olympic lifting
Strength and Conditioning for contact athletes (Rugby / Football / GAA)
Pre - season / In season / rehab programming available.

I have and continue to work with high level athletes from rugby, football, tennis, golf and downhill mountain biking.
