We offer counselling, spritual/energy counselling, reiki, energy healing, massage therapy/acupressure, life coaching, holistic image and Indian Head Massage. We can offer you an independent and confidential counselling service in our private counselling room in Par, St.Austell. You may choose whether to work one to one with either Dave or Sue, both being highly skilled and experienced counselors. We also have a holistic therapy room for reiki, massage, Indian Head massage etc. If you are a counselling client, you will find always find a kind listening ear and a safe place to slow down the pace and feel free to move forward. We always put you at the centre of your journey and support you to discover that you do know your own pathway. Dave and Sue also offer Reiki and both have years of experience as Reiki Energy Masters. Reiki is a ‘hands off’ therapy that works on the mind, body and spirit using universal energy. Dave is also a massage therapist and uses acupressure alongside this. Massage therapy is a wonderful way to relax, unwind and de-stress. Dave also offers Indian Head |Massage. Both Sue and Dave have considerable experience working with people with disabilities , especially autism and mental health. Sue has also worked in education and as an Enhanced Enabler with University students. You are the energy, at the centre of everything that surrounds you. Dave and Sue saw there was a need for independent private counselling services that gives the client a more individualised approach. We can also offer a wide range of therapies such as massage and reiki etc. that mean that we can offer a holistic, wrap-around service. We believe out approach is unique. We love what we do and believe in what we offer.
You may like to choose either Dave or Sue as we will always endeavour to do our best and have many years experience.
Dave is a Person Centered Counsellor and Mentor and also has trained in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy. He has worked at both MIND, CRASAC, Hearing Voices and The Cornwall Asperger's Association. He is also a Reiki Energy Practitioner and Master with an interest in Energy Healing and Spirituality. Dave also specializes in the field of massage and acupressure.
Sue is an Integrative Counsellor and therapist (CBT/ Person-Centred / Psychodynamic/ Transactional Analysis). She has also trained in NLP, Holistic Image, Hypnotherapy and Shamanism. Sue is a Reiki Energy Practioner and Master. Sue has also specialist experience working with students with disabilities and as an educational consultant.
Counselling and Reiki can both be offered online or remotely to suit the client
