We love to have frequent communication with all Directors and we do prefer in-person meetings either at our headquarters (33-35 High Street, HA1 3HT) or in our central london office (60 Grays Inn Road, WC1X 8LU) or south london (76 High Street, SE25 6EB).
With 3 offices in London (Harrow on the Hill, Holborn and Norwood) we cover most of London in person. However since a big part of communication has moved online we allow for a number of AGMs or Director Meetings to happen via video calls.

As an elderly landlord used to renting on an informal basis, I ran into difficulties a few years ago with some problem tenants and the increase and tightening up of legislation. I’d noticed Anne’s clear and relevant posts on my Neighbourhood website. She absolutely came to my rescue, providing from the start an unbelievably informed, highly professional, efficient, friendly, supportive and reasonably priced service. I now rely on her totally, at every stage of the letting process, knowing she’ll be up to date with all the latest regulations, and always ready to advise and support me with the inevitable problems letting involves. The fact that her terms of engagement are also so flexible is also great for me, as it means I can continue to deal on my own with any aspects of letting where I do still feel competent. Bradley and Samantha have been a fantastic resource not only in acquiring, but also helping us enjoy our new property for the duration of our ongoing tenancy. They have corresponded with quirky concierges, hard-to-reach landlords, wacky neighbours and even my housemates. They've dealt with every problem we have thrown at them, and any wear and tear / work required on the property has been dealt with quickly and at our convenience.
