We only deal with professional tenants who undergo a comprehensive credit check, as well as get employers, landlords and character references. We drive our business forward by working closely with the landlord. Every landlord we deal with is assigned a designated property manager who will be available for any questions relating to their property. The property manager will be the landlords exclusive and dedicated point of contact throughout the working relationship. We believe that it is very important that a landlord deals directly with the same person rather than dealing with different staff members each time there is a question or concern. What inspired you to start your own business?

The disappointment of how many property management and letting companies on the high street treat their landlords with poor levels of service, lack of communication and transparency. It was also equally sad to see how many genuine and honest tenants are also mistreated by agents. These issues alone were enough for us to launch Clear Vision Property, a transparent, reliable and trust worthy property management and lettings company. We make it our core mission to provide suitable, comfortable accommodation to all of our tenants and in return offer high levels of security, service and freedom to all of our landlords so that they can enjoy being a landlord and continue to grow their property portfolio with confidence.
