I help balance women’s hormones naturally to get them back to feeling their best again. How I Can Help I help women like you, suffering from hormonal symptoms including PMT, mood swings, low libido and weight gain get your health back on track. By finding the root cause through functional testing and then giving you the right nutritional and lifestyle tools to address it. Because every woman deserves to reclaim their health and their self-esteem. Through my 12 week programme I show women how to make positive changes to their diet, lifestyle along with targeted supplements I can help women to feel more energised, sleep better, feel better and even for some lose weight. I believe that women want to take a more natural approach to their health and I am here to show them how to achieve this. I feel it is important for women to believe that they are deserving of feeling great again. My Vision I want to stop women from thinking their symptoms are ‘all in their head’ or that it’s their fault that they feel the way they do. I want women to feel empowered and confident about the natural options available, outside of our modern health system, which can have unwanted side-effects. I want women to believe that they are worth the time and effort needed to invest in their health, this IS possible and I can show you how. Get in touch to see how I can help you get back to your best again, I would love to hear from you.

How important is a healthy diet to someone’s health and wellbeing?

A healthy balanced diet is paramount for good health and well-being. What we eat, or rather what we digest, has a huge impact on our hormones, mood, energy levels, and our general wellbeing. I can help you to achieve the results you are looking for and often it can just be some simple changes to your diet that can make all the difference.

What do you love most about your job?

I love helping people to support their health to start feeling great again. I want to pass on the knowledge I have about food and it’s the nutritional value and inspire others to take back control of their health.

What inspired you to start your own business?

I've been where you are now, I know how it feels to suffer from bloating, cramps, and digestive upset, and I discovered what happens when you don't put your own health first. Consequently, a long term course of antibiotics left me suffering from own digestive issues, which impacted on my general wellbeing, hormones, and especially my mood.

My own journey back to wellness lead me to retrain as a Nutritional Therapist at the College of Naturopathic Medicine in Bristol after a period of three years of training for a Diploma in Nutritional Therapy. What I learned there has helped me transform my life forever, and now I can help you transform yours.

Why should our clients choose you?

I understand how it feels to not feel your best, to feel bloated, tired, suffer with moods swings and generally feeling under par. Therefore, I am empathetic towards my clients, as I’ve been there. I’m passionate about what I do and I simply love to help people improve their health.

Your specialist will be able to advise you on the full range of services available and will be able to help you select the best treatment for your needs. They will also be able to answer any questions you may have. Use Bark to get free quotes and find a specialist today.

Dietitians are the only health professionals regulated and protected by law. Registered Nutritionists can provide evidence-based advice and information about food and healthy eating. Nutritional therapists provide alternative treatment, based on the idea that the body needs 'healing' and 'correcting'.

  • Credentials - Find a specialist that has the credentials to support your personal needs.

  • Experience - Ask how long your Dietitian or Nutritionist has been practising and look up their background.

  • Gimmicks - Check your specialist is not supporting an unsuitable diet brand or supplement.

  • Right fit - Make sure they are upfront in the areas they specialise in and are able to make referrals if your needs are outside their comfort zone.

The minimum requirement for a Dietitian is a degree in Dietetics or a related science degree with a postgraduate diploma or higher degree in Dietetics. Nutritionists should have attended a course which is accredited by the Association for Nutrition (AfN).

Before you choose either a Nutritionist or a Dietitian, you could read testimonials and read reviews on their website. You could also look at their profile page on Bark and read reviews from past customers too.
